Clive Herbert joined Nielsen Book in 2002 in the role of Publisher Relations Manager and then as Head of Publishing Services. He has worked with publishers large and small, helping them to improve the quality of their bibliographic data to support their sales and marketing activities. Clive will talk about ISBNs/Metadata during the webinar.

Matt Mansfield joined Nielsen Book 10 years ago and currently works within Book Research, responsible for new business within UK and Ireland and creating new and alternative areas of growth. Matt will take us through BookScan sales data.
