Job description

Are you passionate about wellbeing and personal development? Do you enjoy reading memoirs? Do you have a passion for sales and author relations?

This role would include:
• Engage with potential Sentio authors and conduct an initial sales call with potential authors
• Oversee the complete process of onboarding authors from initial enquiry, selection, contract and payment through to the publishing of their book
• Take all books through all relevant editorial processes to include all briefs and reading and accepting manuscripts
• Ensure that all new titles are available and on sale through all relevant channels
• Effectively manage data for all Sentio projects via Ingram Lightning Source
• Constantly refine and fine tune the author proposition and business model to maximise sales and profit
• Input into the budget, monitor forecast and track margin
• Give input on marketing ideas and help develop some materials

This will be a full-time remote role. There is a possibility to go into a central London based office if preferred.
