Ready to make magic? We’re hiring for our 12-month undergraduate placement schemes.
As a Publishing Intern at Disney, you will be working directly with publishers and other licensees, you will assist with product approvals for both the Disney print and digital categories, and support licensees with their marketing and PR plans. As well as learning to analyse data and market trends, you will develop your presentation, commercial and creative skills. All while learning about the world of publishing and how we create Disney Publishing content across various formats such as books, magazines, partworks and digital.

UK Publishing Intern
• You’ll dive into marketing and PR by partnering with licensees to develop and approve campaign strategies and budgets, as well as supporting them with content approval and coordinating events for product launches. • • Your responsibilities will include preparing and reviewing product samples for events, maintaining and updating the product catalogue, monitoring UK book charts, and ensuring all approvals and brand guidelines are met for editorial and promotional content.
Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) Publishing Intern
• You will focus on regional initiatives, for both the Disney print and digital categories, gathering and analysing data to inform category performance reviews and compiling best practices to share across territories. You will be coordinating with the regional team to deliver marketing and PR initiatives, manage product approvals, and support at regional events and meetings, ensuring the effective communication of Disney’s publishing strategy throughout EMEA.
Working within either of these roles will provide you with a brilliant foundation in Publishing as well as insight into the Disney Consumer Products business.
This is an office-based internship. 4 days working in the Hammersmith, London office with 1 day working from home (Monday or Friday).

Eligibility
• Must be a second-year undergraduate student on a placement year course returning to study in Autumn 2027
• Must have the right to work in the UK already in place
• Available to start working full time from June 2026
• Interested in the area you are applying for, whether this is through your studies, experiences, extracurricular activities or a general interest
