This month we have a guest speaker coming all the way from Oxford. A fellow member of SYP, Georgina Leighton will be speaking about her role at Oxford University Press. As one of the Speaker Coordinators at Oxford’s SYP Committee and the Assistant Commissioning Editor of Classics and Ancient History at Oxford University Press, we are sure she will have lots to talk about. Following on from our talk in Leeds last month, the excitement of academic publishing is continuing into Manchester.
