The Society of Young Publishers (SYP) is hosting a live Q&A session with all its committee chairs, offering members and non-members a chance to find out more about the work that we are doing as an organisation.
Join us for a free 90 minute webinar at 19:00 on 9 September to hear the latest updates from the UK chair and the London, Scotland, North, Ireland, Oxford and South West branches. This includes answering questions regarding the expansion of the SYP’s mentorship schemes, as well as other initiatives. The chairs also take questions that you can send via the registration form and on social media or that you can post in the Zoom chat during the live Q&A.
Amy Wong, UK Vice Chair, who is going to be moderating this session, said: “One of the SYP’s 2020 aims is to be more transparent so I hope this Q&A will shed some light on how we operate and the areas we’re working hard to improve. I’ve been really impressed with what the regional branches have achieved so far this year and can’t wait for us all to share our exciting plans for the future!”.
Register for a ticket and submit any questions you may have about the organisation by clicking this link. Join the conversation so we can tell you more about what we do, our exciting plans for this autumn and a few other SYP updates.
