How can we not when there are such beautiful book covers out there? With many books it is clear that a lot of thought has gone into the design, and in the publishing industry today, the appearance of a book can be just as important as its content. From designing an eye-catching cover image and commissioning illustrators, to choosing the best fonts and deciding the size of the book for its intended market, the designer is involved with all aspects of creating the physical book.
