Want to make that next step or make a different step, but don’t really know where to begin? Your career ladder doesn’t have to follow the traditional route. If anything, working in publishing means the possibilities are endless for creating your own unique career path. Aimed at those looking for new opportunities to advance their careers, The Society of Young Publishers has gathered a range of exciting speakers with original ideas to share and inspire as you prepare to take that next step.
It can often be difficult to get that second or third job and make yourself really stand out from the crowd. We will hear from young publishers and/or booksellers who have managed to establish successful careers and garner industry recognition within the early stages of their careers. Both seminars will give our members real insight and practical tips to help them reach their potential in publishing.
