Job description
Nosy Crow is looking to recruit an Operations Executive to support a small but dynamic Operations team. The purpose of the Operations department is to ensure the smooth running of the publishing process. This role will be focused on the company’s publishing systems in particular.
This is a full-time position and is a hybrid role, working a minimum of three days per week in our office near to London Bridge.
The successful candidate will report to the Project Manager and will help support the smooth running of Nosy Crow’s Biblio system. This will involve taking responsibility for the day-to-day administration required of the Biblio system and supporting the wider team. In addition, building relationships and working closely with colleagues from all areas of Nosy Crow and external suppliers will be key.
Key responsibilities and tasks will range from supporting departments with their Biblio queries, training needs and configuration requests. This will include setting up Tracker calls, working with Virtusales and the Project Manager to find solutions. Managing Biblio accounts to ensure staff have the correct access. Attending fortnightly catch ups to monitor development work. There will also be the chance to assist in the management of title metadata on Biblio.
