Job description

Our Operations team plays a crucial role in the heart of Bookouture, where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to make a meaningful impact. From maintaining critical systems to spearheading strategic initiatives, our team is committed to driving operational excellence and delivering exceptional results.

As a Digital Operations Assistant you will:

- Collaborate to maintain and optimise existing systems and workflows to ensure optimal performance and reliability
- Utilise scripting languages to automate manual processes, streamline processes and improve systems performance
- Assist in the development and implementation of new systems and applications to support business growth and efficiency
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Conduct research and stay up to date on emerging technologies and best practices in digital operations
- Contribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives as required

The role will be based at our London office, Carmelite House, with a blend of in-office (3 days) and homeworking (2 days) per week.

- You have proven experience programming in JavaScript or Python.
- You have proven experience scripting in PowerShell or similar scripting languages.
- You are a self-starter with a growth mindset
- You have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
