What are the challenges in the publishing industry related to mental health, and how are we addressing these?
Whether you’re new to the world of publishing, or have an established career in the industry, come along to our panel to hear practitioners and professionals from Oxford University Press (OUP) and Bloomsbury discuss the ways in which publishers are helping to improve their employees’ wellbeing (and how things can be improved).
We want this event to inspire you to use your individual power at work to create real changes that improve wellbeing, to start checking in on your colleagues, and to encourage a sense of community through friendship, kindness and support.
Our aim is to start a conversation about mental health in publishing – to begin a dialogue that anyone working in publishing, or thinking of working in publishing, will find beneficial.
