This iconic ghost story takes place in an isolated mansion, and follows four strangers who are invited to spend time there as part of a study of the supernatural. Nothing is as it seems, and things soon go bump in the night!

It is perhaps the most famous work of acclaimed horror and mystery writer, Shirely Jackson, and inspired the popular Netflix series of the same name.
