LCC to host conference on reading trends

The London College of Communication (LCC) is hosting its annual Publishing Innovation conference on the afternoon of Thursday 13 March. This year’s conference is entitled Still Reading? – a debate on reading trends and the future of book and magazine publishers – a very hot topic in our increasingly digital age. Admission is free. Speakers include Doug Wallace (Marketing Director at Metro Media and 2007 SYP Chair), Clive Bryant (Chairman of Classical Comics), Julia Strong (Deputy Director NLT and Director of the National Reading Campaign), Andrew Franklin (Profile Books), and Tony Lacey (Publishing Director, Penguin Books).
