Publishing Innovation Conference

This year's Publishing Innovation Conference will be held on Thursday 19th March at the London College of Communication. 

This year’s speakers will be debating the effects of the economic downturn on the publishing industry. The afternoon panel will be examining the contemporary magazine scene, with Jamie Bill (Publishing Director of GQ), Andy Cowles (Editorial Director at IPC Media) and Charlotte Stockting (the Publishing Director of Hello!).

In the evening, Andrew Franklin (Managing Director of Profile), Helen Fraser (Managing Director of Penguin) and Sam Husain (Chief Executive of Foyles) will all be sharing their experiences in order to help discover how the economic recession is affecting publishers and will be provoking debate on possible survival strategies.
