About the Role
The Marketing Assistant provides support to the marketing team responsible for OUP's Law products. The successful candidate will assist three Marketing Executives with marketing campaigns including email marketing; designing flyers; administering review copies, attending book launches and executing various digital marketing tasks (including social media, pay-per-click, web updating and procuring blog posts and product multimedia).
The role also provides the opportunity to work across a wide variety of different product formats (including books, journals and online) in the full range of legal subjects, and different markets (including professional lawyers, academic researchers and the police). The Marketing Assistant will also be responsible for some general administrative tasks and functions.

You will be educated to degree level or equivalent, with an understanding of, and demonstrable interest in, marketing and/ or publishing.
You should have excellent organisational and time management skills; strong written and verbal communication skills and a good level of literacy and numeracy. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new IT systems is required.
