Society of Young Publishers Constitution
This constitution was adopted by a majority vote of Society members at a special general meeting convened on 29th April, 1992. Amendments ratified by a majority vote of Society members at the Annual General Meeting convened on 16th January 2008 and on 16th January 2012.
